Our Political Board

The political advisory board is one of the central organs of Bundesblock, along with our executive board, the expert advisory board and the working groups: the MPs support us in technical questions about the association's work and form a bridge to the political realm.

The political advisory board is made up of members of parliamentary parties of the Bundestag and the EU Parliament, including mainly members with a digital policy focus.

FAQ

The political advisory board is formed by members of all parliamentary parties of the Bundestag (with the exception of the AfD) and the EU Parliament. The members mainly focus on digital policy. However, blockchain technology also affects other areas, e.g. economic, financial or education policy.

The political advisory board is one of the central organs of the Bundesblock, alongside our executive board, the expert board and the working groups. The members support and, above all, answer political questions on the work of the federation and can, in turn, consult experts of the Bundesblock.

Depending on the focus of their work, the advisory council members have the opportunity to contribute their expertise and to influence the political direction of the Bundesblock. The political advisory councils are recognised as such on the website and are invited to federation events. Quarterly advisory board meetings are organised for exchange.
